This furnace is our "
Horse of Battle ", for it's
versatility and the great
variety of processes that it can do, as well as the extensive amounts,
forms and types of pieces if can produce.
Normally the furnace is used for different
Heat Treating processes like
Austenization, Gas carburization, and Gas carbon
nitreating. Furthermore it allows the use of several cooling
mediums like of:
Oil, Water or Austempering salts.
Some users report they
have annealled and tempered with excellent performance. What follows
is a list of a small amount of the large number of pieces that can be
produced:
